T4As for Bursaries/Scholarships received by Northern College students for the calendar year 2019 were submitted to CRA with an incorrect code (either 28 or 16). The printed versions mailed to the students were correct with a code of 105. An amended file was immediately sent to CRA to correct the coding error. Discussions with CRA have indicated that the amended file will not be uploaded to their system for months, therefore, should you have an issue with CRA specific to the T4A you received from Northern College for a bursary/scholarship, request the representative from CRA to check for the amended T4A to update to your file.
